Random Update...

I enrolled in culinary school @ SLCC for the spring 2011 semester. I have been thinking and talking about it too long and although I wanted to go to a fancy school...I don't have the $$$ nor do I have the time to quit my job and pursue a $8/per hour cooking job.

This will just be a side thing so I can start teaching cooking classes in my house and have a little more street cred to go along with my award winning personality...or at least a few good stories per class. I do have stories aplenty!
